Shared link is for downloads while Upload link is for uploads. You can create an upload link to allow customers and partners to upload files to your account. End users can only upload files but they cannot view any documents in the folder.

Quick search bar allows you to type search term . If you are at the top most "My Cabinets" level, then the application will search through all cabinets, and find keywords or phrases within filenames, folder names and even the content of documents. Search terms will even be highlighted within documents.
