Are you ready for GDPR?
If your organisation needs to store or share personal and private information belonging to employees, clients or any individuals, you have to be able to provide the following:
- Deletion of personal data
- Who can access to your personal data
- The right to move or copy personal data securely
CloudStore provides security by design to help your organisation comply quickly and easily
If you use email to share and exchange information you are violating GDPR. CloudStore™ was build from the ground-up with security in mind.
Deletion of Personal Data
CloudStore allows individual information to be searched for across the entire system (based on permissions) and for the data to be easily deleted.
Who can have access to your Personal Data
CloudStore allows access to files and documents through authorised individual logins and only these individuals with permissions can access data. Extensive activity logging allows the review of who has accessed documents taking a log of the time and action such as sharing, downloading, uploading, deleting or modifying or even altering permissions to the document.
The right to move or copy personal data securely
The CloudStore solution hosts personal data, such as email address and name for the purposes of identity and access control to our systems. Through the CloudStore secure interface, users personal data can be exported to an open standard format to allow our customers to copy and move personal data.
CloudStore is a platform that allows our customers to securely capture all kinds of data, this may include their clients' personal data. Customers using CloudStore for storing and exchanging their clients' personal data now have a platform to help ensure they are compliant. Customers will still need to put in place policies and processes to ensure their clients are able to request access, deletion and the rights to move or copy their personal data securely. The Delladene network of GDPR consulting partners can assist our customers to ensure they have the right processes and policies in place.
