Default Windows Firewall settings work for the CTAgent. You don’t need to create an exception for CTAgent on Windows firewall under Allowed Programs.
How do Configure Third-Party Firewalls to allow CloudStore client Sync Agent?
Third-party programs firewalls like AVG, Kaspersky, McAfee, TrendMicro, etc. might block certain
programs by default. Create an exception to allow inbound and outbound https traffic for CTAgent.exe and CTService.exe. Then from the tray (bottom right on windows) stop and start the CTAgent. What do I do if my Agent does not connect to my CloudStore?
